Hi my name is Hayley. I was the former assistant chair at the parent carer forum in Hammersmith and Fulham called Parents Active, which has been going for 20 years. I was also the former director of SNC for a short while.

I was inspired to start my inclusive playground project in my local area by my daugther Mia. The forum and I started a campaign titled We Want to Play Too! (https://www.facebook.com/WeWantToPlayToo), to raise awareness of the lack of play space for severely disabled children. We were successful in working with our local auhtority and funders who helped us fund the installtion of several equipment in our local parks.

I was also the receipient of an award at the Contact, Together at 40 Awards evening as winner of the Parent Power Award for my work on the projectcampaign and development, 2019.(https://www.parentsactive.org.uk/aboutus/achievements/
